Attorney’s Profile:  Attorney Patrick Chukelu earned a B.A. in Accounting & Management in 1984 and a Master of Accountancy in 1986. Proceeded to earn a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from The University of Houston (Bates) Law School in 1990 and was licensed by the State of Texas in the same year.  Practices in both State and Federal Courts. Member of various professional associations. Published over a dozen legal articles. Adjunct (part-time) Professor of  Communication Law.
